If your store isn’t open until 10pm then your website should reflect the proper closing time, was informed by one of your closers on 12/11 that the doors are locked at 9:50 and registers are closed at 9:55, sounds like employees that just wanna leave early every day. Disgustingly unprofessional. Walked up to the window at 9:54 and no one was in the check in booth I was left to wait for 5 minutes then told I was “too late”.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great variety of products. The full spectrum RSO is high quality. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Competitors maybe? Totally unwarranted, in my opinion. High quality products and a large variety. They also offer VIP memberships for discounts and first info on new drops. This place continues to be one of my favorite dispensaries when I'm in MA.

Went into greatest hits a couple times now, the first time was overwhelming and honestly annoying. Very overwhelming with over bearing staff trying to push product I had no interest in. Even after expressing I knew what I was going to get but wanted to just browse a little, I felt hounded, nearly everything I looked at the bud tender tried to sell me on. Eventually it was to much and I left with out making a purchase. The last time I was in was the polar opposite, which at first I liked, I was able to go in without being overwhelmed but there was no personality, it was just cold really and I felt that if I had questions I wouldn't have been helped that day.

I like going to Greatest Hits they always seem to have something good on the menu. Daily deals as well as specials. They have stuff for the budget smokers and the ballers that can afford 300+ an oz. Friendly staff and clean facility. Thanks Greatest Hits!

Dont take your time to look at your purchase in the parking lot. I was promptly kicked off the property for "being caught on camera smoking." - I bought gummies and a vape cartridge. I dont take my battery outside my house. It was an incredibly abrupt and uncomfortable experience.. I will not be going back any more. Otherwise: Excellent service, service staff, and selection. Very clean environment.

After spending over $1,000 there since I found Greatest Hits, I was always satisfied until my last 2 visits. I will not be returning. The VIP deals were great at the beginning then dive bombed. They've stolen money from me twice now by not doing the correct math as far as discounts, and when you bring it up you get an attitude "I don't know what to tell you". And they also either do not know or do know and don't honor the difference between a special and a VIP discount. They are not the same things, at all. Ask anyone in retail. The store chose to put those items on special, the VIP member should still get their discount.
